Elastic Band Rhyme (with hopping) Words: In, out, on the line, Hop one foot, looking fine, Switch, hop, jump away, Now go higher, time to play! --- Movements for the rhyme: 1. In → both feet jump into the elastic. 2. Out → both feet jump outside the elastic. 3. On the line → both feet land on the elastic. 4. Hop one foot → jump onto the elastic with one foot. 5. Switch, hop → change feet, the other foot jumps onto the elastic. 6. Jump away → both feet jump out. 7. Now go higher → elastic is moved higher (knees/hips).
