GoodsForRefugees sets rules regarding the placement of advertisements and the use of its platform. In some cases, goods4ukraine.eu deviates from the above starting point and these rules prohibit the offering of some objects and services, even if trade in these is not prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.

For your convenience, we have prepared a list of prohibited and suspicious objects and services. This list contains examples of objects and services that are prohibited by law and may therefore not be traded via goods4ukraine.eu, for example offering drugs. In addition, it contains objects and services that are not necessarily prohibited, but may be and therefore require your attention, such as offering objects from well-known brands. For example, if it is a counterfeit bag from a well-known brand, the bag may not be offered. Is it an original bag from a well-known brand?

A violation of our policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
